CHARGERS WIN FIRST GAME OF SEASON!

Our chargers pulled out a victory with just 8 seconds left in the game with a TD run by Sir Brown. After a 0-3 starts, the Chargers hung together, kept their cool and with a word from Coach Brown.."I need one more play, everybody get a block and hold it!" With those instructions #5 Mr "Down Town" Brown went around the right side and charged in to the end zone for the go ahead TD covering 37 yrds. WHOORA Chargers and Coaches. We are mighty proud of your.
The Chargers put #21 Cote on injured reserve list after suffering a broken elbow during the first half.

A note from the team photog, The Chargers have the best looking team T-Shirts in the league. Thank you Mrs Cote and all who had input on the designe!

Conditioning, Conditioning, Conditioning!

Moms and Dad, keep an eye on your players' intake of water. Your athlete will need lots of water after practice. Water or Gator Aid, and or Power Aid, will work best to replenish the fluids and electrolytes expended during practice and or games. COKES AND OTHER SOFT DRINKS WILL NOT FULLFIL HIS BODYS NEED AFTER A HARD GAME OR PRACTICE. The best indicator of hydration or lack of is to look in the toilet bowl. Urine too dark like apple juice is an indicator of de-hydration. It should look like lemon aid (light) NO heavy food before practice and or games. Fruits, breakfast bar or energy bars. Stay away from dairy foods/drinks, fried foods and fatty foods.

In The Huddle by Coach Brown
